5 Fitness Hoop Exercises for a Total Body Workout

2. Hoop Squats

Hold the hoop in front of your body at chest level with both hands. Squat down, keeping your weight in your heels and your back straight. As you stand up, raise the hoop above your head. Repeat this movement for 1-2 minutes.

3. Hoop Lunges

Hold the hoop in front of your body at chest level with both hands. Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position, while simultaneously raising the hoop above your head. Return to standing position and repeat with your left foot. Continue alternating for 1-2 minutes.

4. Hoop Twist

Hold the hoop in front of your body at chest level with both hands. Twist your torso to the right while lowering the hoop to your right hip. Twist back to the left while moving the hoop to the left hip. Continue alternating for 1-2 minutes.

5. Hoop Cardio Blast

Hold the hoop above your head with both hands, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Start jogging in place while keeping the hoop above your head, and then start running while moving the hoop in a circular motion around your body. Continue for 1-2 minutes.
