Work-Life Balance for Nursing Faculty: A Scoping Review

As individuals in the healthcare industry, nursing faculty members face significant pressure when it comes to balancing work and personal life. A scoping review exploring the importance of work-life balance for nursing faculty was conducted to determine the prevalence of work-life conflict and its impact on job satisfaction and productivity. The review of existing literature revealed that the benefits of achieving work-life balance for nursing faculty encompass not only personal health but also work-related factors.

The need for work-life balance has become increasingly important in current times due to technological advancements that have blurred the boundaries between work and personal time.
