Quick and Easy One-Pan Meals for Busy Weeknights

We all have nights where we just don’t have the time or energy to cook a complicated meal. On these busy weeknights, one-pan meals are the perfect solution. They’re quick, easy, and require minimal clean-up.

Here are some ideas for tasty and satisfying one-pan meals:

1. Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
Slice chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onions and toss them with fajita seasoning on a sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes and serve with tortillas, avocado, and salsa.

2. One-Pan Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
Season a pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and sear it in a skillet. Remove the pork and add sliced mushrooms, garlic, and balsamic vinegar to the same skillet. Add the pork back in and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

3. One-Pot Creamy Tomato Tortellini
Saute garlic and onion in a pot, then add diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add tortellini. Reduce heat and simmer until the tortellini is cooked through. Stir in cream cheese and spinach before serving.

4. One-Pan Lemon Herb Salmon and Asparagus
Season salmon fillets with lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, and place them on a sheet pan with asparagus. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes and serve with a side of rice or quinoa.

5. Skillet Beef and Broccoli
Thinly slice beef and saute in a pan with garlic and ginger. Add broccoli, soy sauce, and brown sugar, and simmer until the broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.

These meals are not only delicious but also easy to prepare. Plus, they require minimal cleanup, leaving you with extra free time to relax after a long day. Try one of these one-pan meals the next time you’re short on time but don’t want to sacrifice taste and nutrition.
