To perform a deadlift, start by standing with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Slowly bend forward from your hips, keeping your back flat and the dumbbells close to your legs. Once you reach a comfortable stretch in your hamstrings, engage your glutes and push your hips forward to stand up tall. Repeat for three sets of 10-12 reps.

In addition to these exercises, it’s important to incorporate cardio into your exercise routine to burn fat and reveal the muscle you are building. Running, cycling, and swimming are all great options.

Lastly, don’t forget to fuel your body with healthy foods such as lean protein, fruits and vegetables, and complex carbohydrates. Drinking plenty of water and getting enough rest and recovery time are also essential components to achieving maximum results.
