Global Wellness Day Matters Now More Than Ever

GWD has been celebrated annually on the second Saturday of June since it was first launched in 2012 in Turkey by entrepreneur Belgin Aksoy, with the day expanding globally over the years. GWD was created with the aim of promoting healthy habits and recognizing the significance of our physical and mental well-being. It is an opportunity to celebrate, learn, and encourage healthy living across the globe.

With this year’s theme being “Protect Your Mental Wellness,” GWD is more pertinent now than ever before.
